Nicholas Ferguson
Chairman, SVG Capital

Nick was appointed Chairman of SVG Capital in April 2005 and is non-executive Chairman of SVG Advisers Limited. In addition, Nick is a non-executive Director of BSkyB plc.

Nick was formerly Chairman of Schroder Ventures and instrumental in its development since 1984. He was responsible for establishing and selecting the leadership of each of the country entities and helped develop the investment process.

Nick has a degree in Economics from Edinburgh University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 

Andrew Williams
Chief Executive

Andrew Williams is a Director of SVG Capital plc and Chief Executive Officer of its fund advisory business.

Andrew was formerly Managing Director of Schroder Ventures. Before joining Schroder Ventures, Andrew worked at Schroders including a period as co-head of equity capital markets and for four years in Japan where he was head of corporate finance. He was also head of the Schroders Securities Asian division. Andrew is a non-Executive Director of both CDC plc - formerly the Commonwealth Development Corp - and of Macquarie Bank International Ltd.

Andrew graduated from Oxford University and qualified as a Barrister-at-Law. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1977.
 

Christopher Anderson
Private Equity

Chris Anderson joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in Boston in 2006 and works on the analysis and due diligence of US private equity opportunities. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, Chris was an analyst at HarbourVest Partners where he worked on the financial analysis of the firm’s private equity investments while he completed his MBA studies. Prior to graduate school, Chris was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, and he also worked in project management for the General Motors Corporation. Chris has an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Merchant Marine Academy.
 

Natalie Bangay
Private Equity

Natalie Bangay joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2005. Prior to that she worked at Corven on a range of consulting and corporate finance projects including an acquisition for the in-house ventures arm. She also worked as a consultant at Andersen, and subsequently at Deloitte & Touche. She has a degree in Geography from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant.
 

Stuart Ballard
Director, Legal & Compliance

Stuart Ballard joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 1999 and is involved in the structuring and listing of new products, the legal review of underlying fund investments and other legal matters. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, Stuart worked in-house at Schroder Ventures on the structuring of private equity funds and has previously practiced law in New Zealand and the British West Indies. He has degrees in law and arts from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
 

Graham Bird
Fund Manager, Public Equity

Graham Bird joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2005 and is a public equity fund manager. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a Director of Corporate Finance at JPMorgan Cazenove Limited (formerly Cazenove & Co), where he gained extensive experience in advising corporate clients at a senior level. Before joining Cazenove Graham held positions at Deloitte & Touche. He has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University, a BComm in Accounting and Finance and a post graduate diploma in accounting, both from the University of Cape Town. Graham is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
 

Mark Blencoe
Finance

Mark Blencoe joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business as an accountant in 2005. Prior to this, he worked at JPMorgan Private Bank for an international trust accounting department. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal, South Africa, a postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe and is a qualified Chartered Accountant
 

Marc Bonavitacola, CFA
Director, Private Equity

Marc Bonavitacola joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2003 and is currently head of the US office in Boston. He is responsible for overseeing the analysis and due diligence of US primary and secondary private equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he worked at Hamilton Lane, where he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager. Before Hamilton Lane, Marc was Chief Investment Officer at the City of Philadelphia Board of Pensions and Retirement, where he was responsible for the oversight and administration of the Public Employees Retirement System (US$5 billion) and developed the System’s private equity portfolio. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Marc has a BBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and an MBA from the LeBow School of Business at Drexel University.
 

Michael J. Burke, CFA
Director, Private Equity

Michael Burke joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in Boston in 2005 and works on the analysis and due diligence of private equity investment opportunities, particularly on secondary transactions. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he worked in the investment banking group of Fleet Securities where he was responsible for leading the execution of merger and acquisition mandates and valuations of privately held securities. Prior to that, Michael worked at a boutique investment bank where he was responsible for leading a variety of corporate finance engagements. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Michael has a degree in Management from Richard Stockton College and an MBA from Villanova University.
 

Xziena Charles
Marketing, Public Equity

Xziena Charles joined SVG in 2007. Previously, she spent 3 years working at Cazenove Capital Management, within the charities team. Xziena holds the Legal Practice Course Diploma (LPC) from BPP Law School and the Common Professional Examination (CPE). She also holds a degree in Economics with Development Studies from Sussex University.
 

Gilles Crouspeyre
Marketing

Gilles Crouspeyre joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2008 and works within the marketing team on the financial modelling. Whilst doing his graduate studies, he worked for a start-up hedge fund, AlphaLake, creating automated trading systems. Gilles has a "Diplome d'Ingenieur" from EISTI, France, and a MSc of Mathematics of Finance from UBC, Canada.
 

Stephen Cunningham
Director, Finance

Stephen Cunningham joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2004. Prior to this, he worked at Schroders, joining Schroder Investment Management in 1998, where he was an Associate Director. He is employed as SVG's Financial Controller with particular responsibility for SVG Capital plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals. Stephen has a Ph.D. in Economics and Agricultural Economics from Exeter University.
 

Tony Dalwood
Head of Public Equity

Tony Dalwood joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2002 and is responsible for managing investments in public equities. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a Director at UBS Global Asset Management, where he was employed for seven years. While at UBS, he was a member of the UK Equity Investment Committee and responsible for managing over £1.5 billion of UK equities, including the flagship UK Equity Exempt Fund. He has an honours degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and a degree in Management Studies from Cambridge University (Judge Institute). He is also a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and AIMR.
 

Guy Eastman
European Investment Director, Private Equity

Guy Eastman joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business as a director in 2001. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was responsible for managing the €116 million Hermes UOB European Private Equity Fund and the £400 million private equity funds investment programme of the BT Pension Scheme covering Europe, the US and Asia. Before Hermes, Guy was a director of Greenoak Capital Management Limited, the private equity fund of funds division of Granville plc committing £133 million on behalf of its clients to 47 funds managed by 37 firms.
He is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA in Business Administration from the Bristol Business School.
 

Charlotte Edgar
Media Relations

Charlotte Edgar joined SVG's fund advisory business as media relations manager in 2008. Prior to this, Charlotte spent three years at Lansons Communications where she was responsible for the public relations of a variety of quoted and unquoted financial services and investment companies. She has a degree in English and drama from the University of Southampton.
 

Lynn Fordham
Finance Director

Lynn Fordham joined SVG Capital in 2008 as Finance Director and an Executive Director. Lynn has over 20 years financial experience. She joins SVG from Barratt Developments plc where she held an interim position in integration and strategy. Prior to this, Lynn was Deputy Chief Financial Officer and formerly Director of Business Assurance of BAA plc. Previously, she held senior audit and risk positions with Boots Group plc and Chubb Group plc and, before that, she set up the European office for CARDdecisions Inc. and ran her own consultancy business. Lynn has also held financial positions with ED & F Man Group, British-American Tobacco (Holdings Ltd) and spent 10 years in a number of roles with Mobil Oil Corporation. Lynn is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Glasgow University and a Diploma of Business Administration from Warwick University.
 

Kate Goodall
Investor Relations

Kate Goodall joined SVG's fund advisory business as an investor relations manager in 2008. Prior to this, Kate was responsible for investor relations at Glenalta Capital and more recently for client relations at Capital Dynamics. Kate holds a degree in Social and Public Policy from Teesside University.
 

Andrew Goodwin
Fund Manager, Public Equity

Andrew Goodwin joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2005 and is a public equity fund manager. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a fund manager at Sovereign Asset Management, American Express Asset Management and Phillips & Drew fund management. Andrew has an MA in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University and is also a member of the AIMR.
 

Catherine Haumesser, CFA
Private Equity

Catherine Haumesser joined SVG's fund advisory business in 2005 and works on the analysis and due diligence of all European private equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, she spent four years with DEKA Investment GmbH, latterly as an investment manager for the global equities team. She has a Master of Science in Management from the HEC Business School, Paris and is a CFA charterholder.
 

Sunita Hoorpah
Private Equity

Sunita Hoorpah joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 and works on the analysis and reporting of SVG's portfolio of private equity funds. After University, Sunita worked in a number of contract positions within accounts and administration before joining SVG. She has a BA Hons in English and Legal Studies from Greenwich University.
 

Rebecca Hughes
Investor Relations

Rebecca Hughes joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2005 and is part of the investor relations and corporate communications team. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, she was head of client services at Global IR. She also worked at Taylor Rafferty, a leading IR consultancy where she managed a wide variety of investor programs for publicly quoted companies. She has a degree in Politics and International Relations from UWE, Bristol.
 

Jon Hyde
Marketing

Jonathan Hyde joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2005 and works within the marketing team on the financial modelling, development and project management of new product intitiatives. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, Jon was a research associate at UBS AG researching financial models of power infrastructure in Europe. Prior to this he was a project engineer with LeMessurier Consultants. Jon has an MA in International Relations and a Masters in Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.
 

Vishal Jajodia
Private Equity

Vishal Jajodia joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2006 as a portfolio accountant, working on the analysis and reporting of SVG's portfolio of private equity funds. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a divisional finance head at the software development company Polaris Software Lab, responsible for the preparation, analysis and management of accounts. Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and has a first class Masters degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston Business School.
 

Owen James
Private Equity

Owen James joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 and works within the private equity fund of funds team. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he worked at HBOS where he spent two years in Leveraged Finance, working on the origination and execution of UK mid-market private equity deals. Owen is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at PwC where he gained experience in Corporate Tax and Corporate Recovery. He has a degree in Social Sciences from Durham University where he studied Economics and Philosophy.
 

Marta Jankovic
Legal & Compliance

Marta Jankovic joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 and works on the formation, structuring and development of products at SVG Advisers. Previously, Marta worked in the Funds Formation Group at SJ Berwin where she advised on the formation, structuring, and raising of private equity funds, carried interest arrangements, fund restructurings and secondary transactions. Prior to this she was involved in corporate and funds work as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie and Coudert Brothers in Sydney. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and has degrees in both Law and Arts (German Studies) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
 

Alice Kain
Director, Investor Relations

Alice Kain is responsible for the investor relations and corporate communications for SVG Capital plc and all of its fund advisory products. She joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 1999, prior to which she worked at Ludgate Communications where she was responsible for the investor and public relations for a wide variety of publicly quoted companies, including SVG Capital plc. She studied communications in Sydney, Australia.
 

Samee Khan
Legal & Compliance

Samee Khan joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2003 from Slaughter and May, where he trained and qualified as a Solicitor in 2000. He is involved in the structuring and development of new products and SVG Capital matters. He has a corporate, commercial and finance law background. He has a First Class Honours degree in Law from London Guildhall University and is a Solicitor.
 

Christina Knight
Finance

Christina Knight joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2008 as an Accountant. Prior to this, she worked for IMG as the Assistant Financial Controller of Digital Media. Christina has also worked as an Accountant for Methods Consulting, and before that, was Group Management Accountant and Overseas Accountant for subsidiaries of Lastminute.com and Thomson Holidays (TUI). Christina has a BSc Honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Surrey University and is part-qualified (ACCA).
 

Gerard Lloyd
Legal Director

Gerard Lloyd is Legal Director of SVG Capital. He originally joined Schroder Ventures in 1993 as Legal Director with primary responsibility for legal matters relating to the formation and administration of all Schroder Ventures’ funds worldwide. While at Schroder Ventures he led the structuring of nine private equity funds with total capital commitments of over US$5 billion. Prior to joining Schroder Ventures, he was the in-house legal adviser to Parker Pen Holdings, a former Schroder Ventures' portfolio company. He has a degree in Law and Accountancy from Cardiff University and is a Solicitor.
 

Simon Lund
Director, Marketing

Simon Lund is responsible for the marketing and distribution of investment products and new funds. He originally joined Schroder Ventures in 1995 and spent two years at Schroder Capital Partners in Singapore as fund minder and part of the investment team for Asia Pacific Fund II and Schroder Ventures Asia Pacific Fund. He joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in April 2002. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and has a degree in Economic History from Edinburgh University. He is a registered representative of the NASD.
 

Eva McClean
Finance

Eva McClean joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 as an accountant. Prior to this, she worked in the Investment Banking group of JPMorgan where she was responsible for providing financial support and analysis for Corporate HR for the EMEA region. She also worked at JPMorgan Private Bank for an international trust accounting department. Eva has a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance degree from Thames Valley University and is a part-qualified Accountant (ACCA).

Sean MacDonald joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in Boston in 2008 and works on the analysis and due diligence of US private equity opportunities. Sean has a BS in Business Management from Boston College.
 

Helen Metherall
Marketing

Helen Metherall joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2006. She is responsible for co-ordinating the fund raising activities of the marketing department. Before joining SVG Advisers, Helen was a Key Accounts Business Liaison Manager for the National Provident Institution. Helen qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1991. She has a degree in English Literature from the University of Leicester.
 

Theresa Morgan
Finance

Theresa Morgan joined SVG’s Capital fund advisory business as an accountant in 2004. She is primarily involved in the management of the finance functions within the fund advisory business. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, she established and managed an international trust accounting department for JPMorgan Private Bank. She has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
 

Christopher Morris
Head of Corporate Finance

Chris Morris is Head of Corporate Finance. He is responsible for all financial aspects of new product development for SVG Capital and SVG Advisers third party funds under management. He originally joined Schroder Ventures in 1988 and was appointed Finance Director in 1995, initially responsible for the financial and investor reporting for Schroder Ventures’ funds. In 1996, he was given the additional responsibility for co-ordinating the technical issues for the establishment of SVG Capital. He serves on the boards of P123, P1234, P25, Sapphire and Schroder Ventures Investments Limited, the Schroder Ventures’ executives’ £200 million co-investment vehicle. He has a degree in Economics from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Accountant.
 

Michael Nugent
Private Equity

Michael Nugent joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in Boston in 2007 and works on the analysis and due diligence of US primary and secondary private equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he worked at LP Capital Advisors where he was a Director and before that at State Street Bank’s PrivateEdge Group where he was a Vice President. Michael began his private equity career as an Associate with HarbourVest Partners, LLC. Michael has a BA from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
 

Solomon Owayda
Chief Investment Officer

Solomon Owayda is Chief Investment Officer of SVG Capital’s private equity fund advisory business. He sits on the investment committee and is responsible for advising the Schroders Private Equity Fund of Funds programme.

Solomon was formerly Managing Director of Schroder Ventures North America. Before joining Schroder Ventures in 1997, Solomon was the Director of the Alternative Investments Program at the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) and also adjunct assistant Professor of Finance and Investments at the Graduate School of Business, Golden Gate University.

He has a BS in Biology and Biochemistry from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
 

Bob Pamment
Legal & Compliance

Bob Pamment joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2005 and is responsible for FSA compliance and the management of business risks within the firm. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a senior consultant with The CCL Partnership LLP, an independent firm of compliance consultants. Prior to this he was Head of Financial Control and Compliance Officer for Nomura Bank International plc. Bob is a Certified Chartered Accountant.
 

Aman Phull
IT

Aman Phull joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 as a support analyst/engineer. Previously, Aman worked as a systems analyst at both the Financial Services Authority and prior to this, Atos Origin, an international information technology services company. Aman studied Information Systems and Business Management at the University of Westminster.
 

Sharad Rathke
Director, Corporate Finance

Sharad Rathke joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business as a director in 2007. He works on the origination, structuring and development of new products and co-investment opportunities. Prior to joining SVG, Sharad was a senior director within KPMG's private equity group in London advising UK and European based private equity firms on large buyouts and leading numerous complex financial investigations across a wide variety of industries. During his three and a half years at KPMG, Sharad was instrumental in successfully setting up the large leveraged buyout team together with a small group of professionals who transferred over from Deloitte. Prior to joining KPMG, Sharad worked at Andersen (now part of Deloitte in UK) for 9 years. He graduated with an honours degree in Commerce & Accounting from SRCC, New Delhi and is a Chartered Accountant.
 

Sam Robinson
Director, Private Equity

Sam Robinson is a Director of SVG Capital’s fund advisory business and works on the creation, investment and portfolio management of SVG's fund of funds products. He joined SVG in 1998 from KPMG, has a degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant.
 

Michael Roth
Private Equity

Michael Roth joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in Boston in 2007 and works on the analysis and due diligence of US private equity opportunities. While a student at Boston College, Michael gained experience through an internship with Mutual of America Capital Management. Michael has a BA in Economics from Boston College.
 

Matthew Rowe
Private Equity

Matthew Rowe joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 and works on the analysis and reporting of SVG's portfolio of private equity funds. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he worked at IBM as an Industrial Trainee and has worked in a number of contract positions within accounts and administration since graduating from University. He has a BA Hons in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
 

Ben Russell
Finance

Ben Russell joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business as an accountant in 2006. Prior to this, he worked for Schroder Investment Management for 12 years, primarily responsible for the project implementation of several finance systems and the development of management reporting. Ben is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
 

Alastair Seaman
Marketing

Alastair Seaman joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 and works within the marketing team on the development and distribution of investment products and new funds. Whilst studying at University, he gained experience on a number of intern projects within JPMorgan Cazenove and Fleming Family and Partners. Alastair has a BA in Classics from Cambridge University.
 

Jamie Seaton
Fund Manager, Public Equity

Jamie Seaton joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2004 and is a public equity fund manager. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a fund manager at Rothschild Asset Management (RAM). While at RAM, he was a member of the European equity team and helped manage £0.5 billion of Pan-European equities. Jamie is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the UK Society of Investment Professionals. He has a degree in Economics and Business Economics from Southampton University.
 

Adam Steiner
Head of Research, Public Equity

Adam Steiner joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2002 and is a public equity fund manager. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a director of UBS Global Asset Management. While at UBS he was responsible for the management of over £1 billion of UK Smaller Companies equities and over £1.5 billion of Pan-Asian Equities. He has a degree in History from Bristol University and is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and AIMR.
 

Khim Tan
Private Equity

Khim Tan joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in Singapore in 2008. He is responsible for overseeing the analysis and due diligence of Asian primary and secondary private equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, Khim helped managed the private equity funds portfolio at Hermes Private Equity, where he focused on recommending Asian fund investments. Prior to that, he spent 7 years with Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), where he was involved in making investments into private equity funds. Khim graduated from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg with a degree and masters in Economics.
 

Jamie Taylor
Corporate Finance

Jamie Taylor joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2007 as a corporate finance executive. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, Jamie was a freelance consultant and helped to set up a number of small enterprises. Prior to this he was a consultant at Deloitte for 3 years, working within strategy and operations. Jamie qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant with Deloitte and has a BSc in Economics and Politics from Bristol University.
 

Kay Thong
IT

Kay Thong joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2008 as a business analyst/developer. Prior to joining SVG Advisers he worked for MarketAxess Europe Ltd, which provides a web-based trading platform for credit products. Prior to this Kay worked within the IT division of Abbey plc. He has a BSc Hons degree in Genetics and Microbiology from Queen Mary, University of London.
 

Davor Vlahovic
IT

Davor Vlahovic joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2004 and is responsible for all IT related matters. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was Group IT Infrastructure Manager with Sanlam Investment Management in South Africa. While at Sanlam he facilitated the establishment of the Sanlam private clients business and the integration of a number of acquired companies. He transferred to London in 2002 to take on the role of Group IT Manager for the UK, European, and US operations of the Sanlam Financial Services group of companies. He has a first class Masters degree in Engineering and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town.
 

Darren Weston
IT

Darren Weston joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2006 and is Senior Systems Engineer responsible for SVG's IT infrastructure. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he worked as an IT Consultant on the design and implementation of SVG Capital's IT systems in addition to consulting on specific systems for Schroder Ventures Life Sciences. Prior to this he worked for Analytx, an American private equity software company and Schroder Ventures Europe (Permira). He studied Multimedia Technology at Greenwich University.
 

Katherine Weston
Investor Relations

Katherine Weston joined SVG's fund advisory business in 2004 and is part of the investor relations and corporate communications team. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, Katherine spent three years working within the financial services division of Booz Allen Hamilton. She has a degree in International Business and Tourism from Bournemouth University.
 

Stuart Widdowson
Fund Manager, Public Equity

Stuart Widdowson joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2006 and is a Fund Manager working in the public equity team. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he spent five years working at HgCapital, latterly as an Associate Director where he advised on the origination, sourcing and deal execution of private equity opportunities. Previously Stuart was a strategy consultant advising private equity firms. He has a degree in Business Economics from Exeter University.
 

Robin Winning
Director, Private Equity

Robin Winning joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business in 2008 to evaluate and lead co-investment opportunities. Prior to joining SVG, Robin was a Director at Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance where he focused on the origination and execution of mid-market management buyouts with a transaction value of up to £500 million. Prior to that, Robin spent 9 years with 3i, where he worked on buyout and growth capital transactions as well as spending time in the portfolio management team. Robin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse and has an honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh.
 

James Witter
Director, Marketing

James Witter joined SVG Capital's fund advisory business as a director in 2007. He works on the development, marketing and distribution of new private equity products at SVG Advisers. James has over 20 years experience within the financial markets, having held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and most recently at Nomura where he was Head of Private Equity Capital Markets before becoming Head of UK and Ireland, Global Markets Europe. James has an MBA from the London Business School and graduated with an MA in Natural Sciences from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge.
 

Oksana Yesina
Primary Research Analyst, Public Equity

Oksana Yesina joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 2006 and is a primary research analyst working in the public equity team. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, she spent five year’s working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, formerly within the banking and capital markets team and most recently as an Executive within their private equity team, advising on range of corporate transactions. Oksana is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Antwerp.
