Adam Steiner is CEO of SVG Investment Managers, which he was instrumental in establishing in 2002. Prior to joining, he was a director of UBS Global Asset Management where he was responsible for the management of over £1 billion of UK Smaller Companies equities and, previously, over £1.5 billion of Pan-Asian Equities. Adam achieved his AIIMR qualification and has a degree in History from Bristol University.

Alice Kain is responsible for the investor relations and corporate communications for SVG Capital plc and all of its fund advisory products. She joined SVG Capital’s fund advisory business in 1999, prior to which she worked at Ludgate Communications where she was responsible for the investor and public relations for a wide variety of publicly quoted companies, including SVG Capital plc. She studied communications in Sydney, Australia.

Aman Phull joined SVG Advisers in 2007 as a support analyst/engineer. Previously, Aman worked as a systems analyst at both the Financial Services Authority and prior to this, Atos Origin, an international information technology services company. Aman studied Information Systems and Business Management at the University of Westminster.

Andrew Sykes was appointed as Chairman of SVG Capital on 8 November 2012, having been a Director of the Company since 8 February 2010. He is Deputy Chairman of Smith & Williamson Holdings Limited, Chairman of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust and Absolute Return Trust Limited. He is also a non-executive director of SVG Advisers Limited, Record plc, Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited and MBIA UK Insurance Limited.

Ben joined SVG Advisers as an accountant in 2006 and is now Head of Operations for SVG Investment Managers. Prior to joining, he worked for Schroder Investment Management for 12 years, primarily responsible for the project implementation of several finance systems and the development of management reporting. Ben is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Bob Pamment joined SVG Advisers in 2005 and is responsible for FSA compliance and the management of business risks within the firm. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, he was a senior consultant with The CCL Partnership LLP, an independent firm of compliance consultants. Prior to this he was Head of Financial Control and Compliance Officer for Nomura Bank International plc. Bob is a Certified Chartered Accountant.

Bukola Faniyi joined SVG Advisers in 2010 as a Portfolio Analyst, working on the analysis and reporting of SVG’s portfolio of private equity funds. Prior to joining SVG, she worked at Quanticate as an Assistant Management Accountant where she monitored project revenue and helped in producing monthly Management Accounts. She has a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance from University of Hertfordshire.

Calista-Jane East joined SVG Advisers as an investor relations/communications executive in 2012. Prior to this, Calista-Jane worked at Accenture where she has experience of both their Finance and Enterprise Performance and Customer Relationship Management practices, working on a number of client projects including those for Lloyds Banking Group and Willis. She has a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Catherine Balthasar joined SVG Advisers in 2005 and works on the analysis and due diligence of all European private equity investment opportunities. She is also involved in the Asian investment programme. Prior to joining SVG Advisers, she spent four years with DEKA Investment GmbH, latterly as an investment manager for the global equities team. She has a Master of Science in Management from the HEC Business School, Paris and is a CFA charterholder.

Charlotte Edgar joined SVG Advisers as media relations manager in 2008. In late 2011 she also assumed responsibility for the investor relations on a number of the SVG Advisers products. Prior to this, Charlotte spent three years at Lansons Communications where she was responsible for the public relations of a variety of quoted and unquoted financial services and investment companies. She has a degree in English and drama from the University of Southampton.
